Consignment Request Form

Information from the following form will be helpful in properly pricing your consignment item(s).  Remember, we want you to make the most profit possible as we partner together to sell your items.

Please submit form with photos.  If you would prefer to e-mail the photos, you can do so by e-mailing directly to contact@hencofurniture.com, but please make sure to complete the above form first and identify your name and piece of furniture on each e-mail.  You can also mail the above form and photos to Henco Furniture, PO Box 547, Selmer, TN, 38375.

Your furniture should not be brought to our store until we have viewed your photos.  After we have viewed your photos of the item(s) that you want to consign, we will call you within 3 business days to discuss the “steps” in bringing your furniture to our showroom.

*A residence visit may be scheduled for certain extenuating circumstances.
