Gently used furniture items that are acceptable include:

•  Living Room Pieces

•  Dining Room Sets

•  Bedroom Sets

•  Office Furniture

•  Area Rugs

•  Some Home decor

•  Private home sales, estate sales, model homes, homebuilders, furniture manufacturer’s closeouts, overstocks, furniture retailers and special order items.

•  Antiques and other mid-century furnishings are also welcome.

Consigned items must be of good quality, gently used, clean, odor free, stain free, and free of animal hair.  Free from rips, tears, and broken frames.  No water stains, deep gouges, or major scratches on the primary finish.  No broken or missing hardware.  Doors and drawers as well as all mechanical movements must operate properly.

*There may be an exception to this statement, “gently used furniture with no deep gouges or major scratches.”  For example: if your grandson has taken a hammer to the top of your quality dining room table, we will redo your tabletop and you will be hard-pressed to locate little Johnny’s mark.  In exceptional cases, we can repair your furniture for a nominal fee.

We will not accept clothing, appliances, fitness equipment, baby cribs, waterbeds, electronics, or mattresses for consignment.
