It’s an easy way to turn your unwanted furniture into CA$H and Henco will handle the details, pick-up your furniture, and send you a check when it sells for 50% of the selling price. Example: An item sells for $1000. Your part would be $500. Or, if you choose Henco’s in-store credit, that would increase the value by 20% to $600, which is the best way to receive full mileage from your furniture. To say it another way, with Henco’s in-store credit, instead of a 50/50 split, you receive 60% and Henco’s part is 40%. We will mutually establish the fair market value of the items consigned from the information provided. Henco wants to sell your items for the best price possible to provide a win-win situation for both parties.
Markdown Schedule:
•After the first 30 days, the price will be reduced to 80% of the initial price.
•After 60 days, the price will be reduced to 60% of the initial price.
•After 90 days, the price will be reduced to 50% of the initial price.
After 120 days, the consigned period will expire. We will contact you to pick up your items within 10 days. Items that are not picked up will be sold at no profit or donated to charity.
Back haul fee will be deducted from your profit. Your profit from the sale will be paid on the prior month’s sales by the third week of every month.
