How do you keep your prices so low?
Simple – we made a decision to operate with low margins. We are proud of our low warehouse prices. We have far lower overhead than most of our competitors. We own all of our buildings. We operate with a highly efficient staff. We pass on all of our savings and efficiency to you!
How do I know your prices are the lowest?
We offer our Henco “Best Price Guarantee”. Henco discounts everything up front and we are determined not to be undersold ! In the unlikely event you should find a lower price at another full service retail store in our trade area on identical merchandise you purchased at HENCO and the price can be verified, we will refund 110% of the difference to you up to 30 days after receipt of your purchase. Excluded: floor samples and damaged items.
Do you special order merchandise and does it cost more to special order?
Yes, we can special order at no additional cost. The same low markups for furniture in our showroom apply to special orders.
What is your return policy?
You can return merchandise within 10 days from time of purchase. Merchandise must be in the same condition it was in when purchased and accompanied by a sales receipt.
We are building a house and I will not be ready for furniture until a later time. Is storage available and does it cost?
Yes. We understand the hassles of building a home and related construction delays. We also realize that it can be difficult to purchase all the furniture you want for each room in one visit. We have over 120,000 square feet of storage space to store purchased pieces for up to 60 days at no charge.
Do you deliver furniture and is there a charge?
Yes, and the delivery costs are insignificant compared to the savings on the furniture you purchase. Many companies advertise free delivery; however, there is no such thing as free delivery. Most stores simply build it into their pricing. We work exclusively with a local delivery company called AAA Delivery. AAA charges by the piece with greater savings the more they deliver. Delivery includes setup in your home. Prior to delivery AAA will call you to schedule a convenient delivery time. Until we know the number of pieces and the final destination we cannot quote a delivery price.
Is financing available?
Yes, we have financing available through Wells Fargo. Several plans are available depending on the purchase amounts. Click here to be preapproved for a line of credit online prior to your visit.
Does Henco Furniture charge sales tax on purchases?
As a licensed Tennessee business we are required to charge our local sales tax, which is 9.25% on all purchases.
How can I pay for my purchases?
We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Novus/Discover and American Express; as well as personal checks. We also have financing available through Wells Fargo.
Do you have a layaway plan?
Layaway is available for a two-month term with no interest charge. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required. A convenient monthly payment plan is available; however, no merchandise will leave the store without payment in full.
Is your furniture first quality furniture or is your furniture what in the furniture industry refers to as seconds?
All of our furniture is top quality first-run furniture with absolutely no seconds.

What categories of furniture do you carry?
We have a full line of furniture for every room in your home. We estimate over 500 different categories from bedroom, bedding, accent tables, office furniture and hundred of others. In addition, we have custom drapery and bedding, thousands of accessories, and even wallcoverings.
Do you carry furniture accessories?
We have a full line of accessories featuring a wide assortment of lamps, framed prints, mirrors, candles, polished glass and other handcrafted imported pieces. We have a wide selection of area rugs in various sizes and price ranges.
Do you have a store catalog?
We do not have a store catalog specifically for Henco Furniture. If we tried to capture our enormous showroom on paper, it would be more than 1000 pages long. We do have extensive catalogs for each of our vendors and will be happy to make a copy for you of any information you find in our large vendor catalogs.
